Another roll of film, another ride along Erie’s bayfront to document its appearance before big developmental changes. This time I attempted to capture the scenery on the east side of State Street and the Public Dock.
At the time it all seemed like such a desolate area to photograph but in retrospect, I am so glad for having undertaken the effort and expense of capturing these views.
