The Italian Dancers of Erie, PA strike a pose before their performance at the St. Paul Italian Festival on Aug. 13, 2022

Blue skies and cooperative weather helped bring folks out to celebrate this year’s Italian Festival at St. Paul’s in Erie, PA.

The big wheel may have gotten a coin or two from yours truly, but it was worth it to hear the clicking sound it makes as it decides who wins and loses.

There are tons of different T-shirts, mementos, chef aprons and other souvenirs at the festival.

This festival has been going on every summer for over 40 years.

The band Bus 17 performed some great tunes.

The Italian Dancers also sing.

Majestic Bakery, which located a block away from St. Paul’s, had fresh loaves available for festival-goers. (no fishes though)
